Sub-processors
These are the companies that handle diner data for the restaurants that use Pulse. This list is Annex 3 of our Data Processing Addendum.
Pulse uses these companies to provide its service. We tell restaurants at least 30 days before a new company starts handling diner data. Last updated November 1, 2026.

Services you connect yourself (your own arrangement with them, not Pulse's sub-processors):
| Service | When | Diner data it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Clover, Square | You connect your own POS | Paid orders with name, phone and delivery address |
| Meta, Google and TikTok ad tools | You add them to your ordering site | Page and order events with their cookies; for Meta's Conversions API, only after the diner chooses Accept: hashed email and phone, order value and number |
A restaurant can object to a new sub-processor by email within the notice period, as section 6 of the addendum describes: info@pulse-pos.com.
